Abstract:
PURPOSE: To investigate the protective effect and mechanism of resveratrol on oxidative stress of MC3T3-E1.METHODS: The levels of reactive oxygen species in the cells were observed by fluorescence microscope and flow cytometry. The expression of SOCS-1 protein was detected by Western blot. SOCS-1 transient transfected cell line was established, and the levels of reactive oxygen species in transfected cells were observed by fluorescence microscopy and flow cytometry.
