Therefore, it is not surprising that numerous articles were written on closely related diseases, borderline forms of multiple sclerosis. Different forms have been distinguished: a clinical form of MS (Devic's neuromyelitis optica), pathological forms (Balo, Schilder, Maburg), forms associated with MS (peripheral neuropathy, autoantibodies) and closely related disorders (acute disseminated encephalomyelitis).
